Until recently, we lived in southern New Mexico. (Las Cruces) We did
occasionally see white-faced ibis, but usually in large flocks on flooded
fields. I personally never saw one solitary. I also never saw one at Bosque,
but I have seen them just a few miles south. Hope that helps.
