Watched a group of about 20 cranes today at the intersection of Hwy 24 (? -
maybe 26 - the one that goes from Vernitta to Othello) and Mt. Vista road.
They circled overhead, directly in front of the sun (making for careful
binocular viewing) for about 3 minutes, and then took off to the north -
quickly dissapearing behind the Saddle Mountains.
