We are new Tweeters members who plan a trip to your area in a few
weeks. Last night, we attended a meeting of the FLorida Ornithological
Society (FOS) in Tampa, where John Fitzpatrick (Fitz) was the keynote
speaker.
John is the Director of the Cornell Laboratory of Ornithology. He
reocmmends that everyone get hooled up with their new online project
called Birdsource <http://www.birdsource.com> and get aquainted with the
kinds of things that you can do with the Coreneel Resources, to which we
all contribute. John indicated that a new feature they were working on
(and still a way off) is complete access online to thier library of bird
vocalizations. If you have not checked it out already, give it a try!
