Hi'
Got out to see the WHITE TAILED KITE on Tuesday and started
wondering.
You people down around Olympia, I think, had a sighting a few weeks
back. Is it still there? Or is it up here now? I know it would be hard
to verify but the one here has a few brown streaks on its' chest in
front of the black patches on the wings. They are very faint. Did
anyone notice this on the bird that was in Washington?
