Just reporting that I still have Juncos, Varied Thrushes and Pine Siskins in
north Burien. Maybe this weekend's storm will move them out.

Thanks, by the way, to Michael Price for his April 17 post about weather maps
available at weather.com. Was thinking about taking a day trip to Grays
Harbor for the shorebird festival, but the satellite looks like it will be
very cloudy, clouds moving in to the coast this morning at about 7:30. Jet
stream heading more or less due east. What's it going to be like in 24
hours? Not much fun for my 5- and 2-year-olds.

But, the Doppler shows nothing out of Hoquiam at the moment. Does that mean
its cloudy but no rain? Maybe that's not too bad . . .

Even with wonders of modern technology, still hard to make up my mind!
