I've e-mailed Bill personally, but in case any one else has
the same question, it's easy:

Use the cut-and-paste feature of your PC or Mac. In Bill's
case, he's written his report to a text file. He could easily
open that file, select then cut the contents, then paste those
contents into the form on my web site used to make a new
rare bird alert.

Also, the software will optionally send copies to OBOL and
tweeters if the person making the submission wants, therefore
eliminating any need to enter stuff twice (once for my site,
once for e-mail).
