Ducks Unlimited is, overall, a great help in preserving habitat for
birds. I propose another group to also preserve habitat for both birds
and people - Canadian Geese Limited. CGL would adopt policies for
limiting the destructive effects that Canadian Geese are having. This
organization would, 1.) Promote hunting of Canadian Geese in the wild,
2.) Promote a return to a meal of wild goose at Christmas and Thanks
giving, 3.) Encourage local and state governments to capture and gas
the geese 4.) Provide resources to feed the gassed geese to hungry
street people.

If CGL is a success I then propose starting Starlings Limited. I
anticipate membership in the millions.
