We are up to 112 species since starting our more or less weekly census 17
months ago. Number 112 was added this evening--2 Franklin's Gulls hanging
out with about 300 Ring-billed Gulls. There were also 6 or more Spotted
Sandpipers tonight, implying successful nesting again this year (last
summer I specifically identified still downy young.) Two Red-necked
Phalaropes were present tonight, one last week.

Number 111 was American Bittern last week.
