If you feel badly about this, just volunteer to pay both fees.
They'll look at you funny, but if you're persistent enough they'll
probably take it.

I suspect you'd get more definitive answers from the Washington
Ferry people than you will from tweeters, since the last time I
looked I don't believe Dan Victor ran the ferries...
