Hello Jerry and Sandy,
What is this about queston about you camper?Jerry What you due not taken my
Scope on this trip. You know i can't see to good. I found this area verry
intresting, little to far to drive. I try to find one particular Dragonflie
there for Dennis on Frater Lake. I did not find it plus the weather turned
on me.I collected quite few Dragonflies at Bunchgrass Meadow. But also i
stayed for long time in the car waiting for the weather to clear.I try to
go back there when the weather is hot and sunny. There is onother Lake what
is verry good for birding is Deep Lake out of Colville there we had a Le
Conte's Sparrow in 1993 and also went to Big Meadow Lake. This area is
verry good for birding and super for Dragonflies. You could find a first
Dragonflie record for the state comming over from Canada. I slept in my car
the whole time i went on this last trip. On to Twin Lakes you could not
make it with you Camper, only to Black Lake and you can walk in it is 1 1/2
miles. I like the Adventure to go to all this remote places, you never know
what you can run in too.Keep in touch.
Ruth
