One tweeter wrote yesterday "The Kansas Board of Education
continues its show of excellence (they were THE board of education in Brown
vs. the Board of Education). "

Actually, in Brown the Board was only for the city of Topeka, not the whole
state. Also, for what it's worth, the Supreme Court consolidated cases from
Delaware, Virginia, and South Carolina with one from Kansas.
