Friends,

Is it possible for us to bring this list back to topic? There have been
some interesting (if predictable) arguments made here about evolution and
other belief systems (along with several messages that struck me as simply
snotty flames that most of us could do without).

So it would be great, for example, to hear more about cross-breeds and
hybrids, or other ways that ornithology is contributing to the ongoing
debates over the processes of evolution. Any takers? Otherwise, we might
as well be a CNN chat room.
