We had a good shorebird weekend in the Aeneas Valley in Okanogan
County. At a pond about a mile before the Cape LaBelle Rd turn off of
the Aeneas Valley Rd there were 4 W. Sandpipers, 1 Least, 2 Bairds, a
Solitary, a Lr Yellowlegs, 2 Wilson's Phalerope and 4+ Killdeer. At the
pond along Cape LaBelle Rd about half a mile from the pavement were a Gr
Yellowlegs, Killdeer, Snipe and Spotted Sandpiper.

Also at the Cape LaBelle Rd pond was a late female Bobolink.
