Method: 30 minute (timed) station count from observation deck at Ecola
Point using 20x60 Bushnell spotting scope and 8x50 Bushnell
binoculars. Birds were sorted as to flyby, sitting rocks, sitting
on ocean.

NOTES: COMMON MURRES have pretty much cleared out from the nesting
rocks at Ecola Point. There are still plenty of PIGEON GUILLEMOTS
including juveniles. Other Alcids were well represented. SOOTY
SHEARWATERS were moving past at about 50/min. The PARASITIC JAEGER
was an adult with tail streamers. .
