Tweeter Mariner fans:

The recent talk of Barn Owls and Peregrine Falcons makes wonder if we could
start a Safeco Field birdlist. Last Saturday I took my binoculars to the
Cleveland game. Everyone around me assumed they were for watching the game
from the third section up, but actually I was on the first leg of a road
trip to Whidbey Island and I was hoping to add to my trip list (there wasn't
much going on of interest on the field anyway). In the fifth inning I
observed an Osprey make a flyby and I started wondering what other birds
might have an interest in baseball.

If any of you Seattle listers decide to start a Safeco Field list, let me
know. It might be a good incentive to come over for more games.
