Hello Cathrine,
Unmistakable Bird, you are right not expecting this species on the
westside. But there be other records. One was the one we had April17th
this year at Steigerwald in Washougal Clarks Co. i believe there was 9
Black-necked Stilt first record for this Co.But seeing them this late also
should be recorded for the record.Good finding Cathrine.
