Birders All,

It's past 11:30 pm and I just got home to find phone messages (too late
at night to answer) from birders seeking directions for finding Two
Rivers and the B&W Warbler. I won't be available the first few hours of
the morning-I have a previously scheduled Audubon field trip to lead.
Therefore, I'm going to post the directions here and hope that all
concerned parties find them in time to use them.

>From I-82/US 12 take exit #102 onto I-182/US 12. At exit 5A-B take SR
240 east. At SR 240's intersection with
US 395 do NOT take the right or left lanes, but take the center lane into
old downtown Kennewick on Columbia Drive. At Columbia Drive's
intersection with Gum St/SR 397turn right (south). At about 2 miles turn
left onto Finley Rd. This turn is well marked with sign indicating
Finley Rd & Two Rivers Park. Follow Finley Rd. about 1 1/2 miles to the
park. Park in the parking lot at the southeast corner of the lagoon.
This is the west end of the nature trail and there is a large sign here
with a map of the park and including the nature trail's route. The bird
has been seen in the brush and thickets, rarely above ten feet, along the
trail between the parking lot and the nature blind (which is along about
the center of the trail. Each time I've seen it, it was between 1 and
2:30 pm.

Good luck to all - perhaps I'll see some of you in the field.
