A beautiful winter day at Nisqually NWR!
1. An Adult winter Swamp Sparrow seen from the twin barns viewing platform
along the drainage ditch.
2. A White-throated Sparrow in a mixed Zono. flock where the trail meets
McAllister Creek.
3. Aerial combat between an adult male and immature female Peregrine.
4. 2 Trumpeter Swans
5. The usual duck & sparrow species and lots of cackling Canada Geese.
Hope we have a few more days like this before June!
