On Saturday, Dec. 4th, my husband and I drove to Moses Lake to look for the
Snowy Owl that Randy Hill had posted about on 11/27/99. We located the owl
appx. 1/4 mile south of Wheeler Road on "L NE", on the east side of the road,
sitting on the back side of a motorized wheelline mover. The weather was
perfect for viewing with sunshine and no wind. This was around 11:00 am.
