Hi Ken and Tweeters,

This is also my favorite winter birding spot. I have seen all the birds Ken
mentioned there plus White Crowned Sparrows, Towhees, and 5 Bald Eagles on
the ground at one time eating something. Pecking order was very evident.
These 5 Eagles represented 3 different ages. To see the passerines you do
have to move your feet (car) to the other end of the parking area. There is
also a nice walking trail the other side of the bridge to Indian Island that
goes through the woods.
