Anyone know if and to who I should report sighting a crow with bands
on both legs? I saw it on the morning of Friday, Dec. 3, (my e-mail's
been down for a few days...). It was on NE 45th Street near I-5 in
the University District of Seattle.

I didn't have binocs, so couldn't see markings on the bands, but they
appeared to be one white and one yellow on the right, and one white
(maybe yellow) and one blue on the left.
