While Carol Schultz and I were out birding along Frager Road between Marcos
and West Valley Road I spied some unusual movement out in the distance.
Carol stopped the car and I grabbed my binocs. Out in the distance in the
somewhat flooded and muddy cow pasture was a man in camo with a black lab.
The man was picking up decoys! I didn't see a weapon, but all the other
signs indicate HUNTING.

That may have explained the booming noises we heard earlier.

I'm sure the City Of Kent has laws about hunting within the city limits.
