I don't have the latest information but here are a few spots that might be
worth looking at:

- Common Redpolls were almost abundant around Ritsville three weeks
ago; I think that Foster Creek WRA along the Bridgeport Hill Road
south of Bridgeport (Delorme page 84, A3) should be worth a try
and should also have American Tree Sparrows;
- Bridgeport has aways been fairly dependable for Bohemian Waxwings
during the winter but I haven't heard of any there recently;
- the Waterville Plateau usually has Snow Buntings and a Gyrfalcon
or two.

The Waterville Plateau - north of Hwy 2, west and south of Hwy 17 - is a
great area providing the wind doesn't blow too hard. Just drive as many of
the roads as you can if you are looking for buntings and falcons. It is
usually better after it is covered with snow. Then the large flocks of
Horned Larks will come onto the roads for grit and it is possible to see
Snow Buntings on the road with them.
