COLA/IGES indicating a mean surface temperature in the 20's for Puget Sound
/ Willamette Valley and 30's for western Washington and Oregon coastal areas
and in the teens and 20's for the eastern portions of these states for the
period beginning on the 18th of December and running through the 23rd.
