Hi,

I had a very good morning of bird watching at
Shoreview Park this morning. It was off to a rather
slow start, but I did get to see some good birds after
I decided to walk up Boeing Creek. Highlights of the
48 species seen were a Townsends Warbler in a flock of
kinglets and Chickadees, a Dipper along Boeing Creek,
and several raptors seen along Boeing Creek, including
a Peregrine, Merlin, Sharp-shinned Hawk, and
Red-tailed Hawk. There was also a Bald Eagle and
Pileated Woodpecker, both of which were seen near the
entrance to the park. Because I don't have time, I am
not going to write out the entire list today.
