Your description of your albino junco's behavior
reminds me of the behavior of my white-backed
Black-capped Chickadee that was frequenting my feeder
a week or so ago. Haven't seen it recently but then I
haven't been home much.

Chicken-or-egg: Are the oddball birds bolder because
of some genetic something, or is it just that, because
they stand out, only the bold and cocky and smart ones
survive to go around being bold and cocky????
