The folks at NAS have not changed their on-line rare
bird report forms and they are still woefully inadequate.

Please include a hard copy of all rare or unusual bird
sighting reports with the official envelope (the one that
the money goes in).

I realize that coaxing written rare bird reports from
hard working birders is even more difficult and uncomfortable
then getting the $5.00 from them, but remember, this is for
posterity.
