I'm working a temp job in the warehouse complex just south of Kent Ponds for
the next month or so and there are some birding opportunities within walking
distance!

I saw about three GREEN WING TEALS in the little winter only
wetland adjacent to West Valley just south of the old West Valley Animal
Hospital! I also spied a large number of NORTHERN SHOVELERS, AMERICAN
WIGEONS, a female GOLDEN EYE and several Mallards. Nice little place for
lunchtime birding!

I'll try and post my sightings on a regular basis for the next few weeks.
That little wetland is something drive by every day not even aware it is
there!
