How about Yuhina (eight species of babblers, timaliidae) and Zenaida (Genus of mourning dove)

I was unable to find any 8 character English or Latin names that begin with Y or Z. How about Spanish names?

Yerre = Little Tinamou
Yure = White-tipped Dove
Yuguirro = Robin
Zanate = Great-tailed Grackle
Zarceta = Green-winged Teal
Zoncho = Black Vulture
Zoterre = House Wren

Personally, I like Zoncho (sounds like it might be Zorro's sidekick, Zoncho Villa :-)

Keep in mind that their server names are eight letters or less,
so names like Xantus' hummingbird don't work.

Also, they'll need a "y" bird (anything with the word "yellow" in it
will be too long) and a "z" bird.
