Linda,

The inversion and fog layer are actually pretty thin. I live at about 1000'
elevation in Bellevue and have been above the fog for all but an hour or so
each day. But we are COLD 22-25 in the morning, 35-38 afternoons. Go up to
get out of the fog. Try Cougar Mtn. State Wildland Park
(Bellevue/Newcastle), or someplace else in the Cascade foothills.
