Diann,
amazon.com was persistent in their search for me to find the out-of-print
Princeton Press Birds of Hawaii and the Adjacent Pacific (Pratt et al),
but they did find a PRISTINE copy.......took 18 months!, but it was worth
it. It was not cheap, about $65 including shipping and handling, and I
feel lucky to have it! They may be a source for your Blue
Jay book...........good luck.
