Could someone please direct me to the person doing the study on NORTHERN
HARRIERs on Whidbey Island?

While on the NAS Whidbey today, my son and daughter helped me to read
some of the numbers on a banded and tagged male NORTHERN HARRIER. The
right wing had a yellow tag on it. Although we could not read the entire
band number, we did make out X4386. There may be digits missing, but that
was the best we could do. We saw the bird perched on a "Back To Nature
Preserve" sign in the vicinity of the displayed Prowler at about 10:15 on
December 28, 1999.

Hope someone can use this information.
