The North Portland PALM WARBLER was not seen during the week, but a BRANT

A RED-SHOULDERED HAWK was at the Gilbert River Boat Ramp on the east side

Thousands of MEW GULLS arrived in Marion, Polk, and Washington Counties

A LONG-BILLED CURLEW was near Brownsville January 29. Large flocks of
TUNDRA SWANS are still being seen near Halsey, and on February 3 six

Good numbers of GREAT EGRETS are still in the Fern Ridge Reservoir area,

Thats it for this week.
