Hi,
Another swan has hit a powerline in the San Juan Islands. I have been requested to ask around if anyone knows something about marking powerlines for visibility?
Presently the powerlines have line markers that are grey and curl around the line, so they are low profile. However, these may not be visible at low light or in the dark.
What success, if any, has anyone had with ball markers? If so, how big are the balls and what color - green, white, black, red, silver.
