The Green River Natural Resources Area is a park open to the public. The
winter hours are limited. The City of Kent designed and manages the
project. As I understand it, none of the area is mitigated land (a
business would pay for redevelopment in exchange for development
elsewhere); but one of the goals was to preserve open space.
Here are the winter hours:

Sun - Tue Closed
Wed - Fri 10-4
Sat - 8-12
Or by appt.
