I misplaced the message regarding where to report patagial tagged
Northern Harriers.

I saw one, Monday noonish, with a yellow tag working the wetlands area
just southeast of the Keystone (Whidby Island) ferry terminal.

I'd guess this bird has been reported many times -- it's soooo visible ---
but just in case, if you have the address, please let me know.
