Northern harrier - patagial markers have been placed on some northern
harriers as part of a
long-term study of populations on Whidbey Island and in the Kent Valley.
One of
the study objectives is to learn more about post-nesting dispersal or
migration. Please note the color of the tag, which wing it is on, and the
letter or number printed on the tag. Note the date and time and the exact
location. Report to Jack Bettesworth, 2569 12th Ave W, Seattle WA 98119,
(206) 285-5276. E-mail <jgbett at juno.com>.
