Today I saw a Ferruginous Hawk along Road 3 NW about three miles west of
Hiawatha Rd. just west of Moses Lake.

Other highlights of the day:

Snowy Owl - 1 along L NW near Moses Lake (the usual spot)
American Tree Sparrow - 7 at the Foster Creek WRA on the Bridgeport
Hill Road
Snow Bunting - 1 in a small flock of Horned Larks on Road 8 NW on
the Waterville Plateau
