I've got somebody's banded junco in my west Olympia yard. Unfortunately, my
binoculars aren't strong enough and my scope doesn't close-focus enough to read
any numbers.

Along the Oly waterfront I've been finding rhinoceros auklets mixed with 3 loon
spp, 4 grebe spp, 2 cormorant spp, and a good variety of sea ducks. Black
Scoters are still a sure bet in East Bay.
