I thought it was against federal regulations to disturb any natural
setting within 100 yards of an eagle nesting site? (Federal Golden and
Bald Eagle protection act of 1969?)? Am I wrong? Can't you not knock
down trees and/or build anywhere close to an established nesting site??

I'm confused; aren't any birders upset about this? (Or do I not know what
I'm talking about here? [always a distinct possibility!] ;-)
