I completed my first ever CBC yesterday in Mercer Island's Luther Burbank
Park. I was with two other birders and a reporter from Journal American and
got a total of thirty-eight species including some new lifers, which were
COMMON SNIPE, ANNA's HUMMINGBIRD, and PINE SISKIN. So it was a good day! To
bad it was the second of January and no the first. That would've been a good
way to start off the year.
