Martha is trying to persuade folks to forego the Conservation License
which costs $10 and, instead, purchase the conservation patron permit
at $20. The Conservation License proceeds go toward facilities
maintenance (parking lots, toilets, boat ramps, etc.). The Conservation
Patron permit provides funds to various wildlife management/habitat
enhancement projects that benefit fish and wildlife.

Martha, if I am misunderstanding anything about your intent let me know.

The decal that comes with payment of either the $10 or $20 version
is not required on your vehicle while parked on WDFW access areas until
April 1, 1999. I would be curious to know where the erroneous
January 1, 1999 date is coming from.
