If tweeterdom could share a dime for every time a cop in OR/WA/ID
flagrantly displays their ignorance of not only the letter of the
law, but the meaning of it, we could all retire.

If you'd've lit up a joint in front of him, I'm sure he would've
busted you. After all, doing so (presumably and unprovably) only
hurts yourself, while wastage of ducks in this manner is a form
of poaching, which isn't really a crime because it simply deals
with wildlife which we all know isn't important, right? :( :(
