Subject: Mima Mounds Kite; duck massacre

The 16 ducks we saw were a mix of hens and drakes, and were intact. It seems
someone took the time to collect them and dump them after killing them. I
forwarded the message to a biologist at the WDFW to pass on to the
enforcement folks.
