I don't know if this is a difficult question to
answer, but I am not very familiar with the Skagit
Flats area. Are there directions/suggestions you
could share about locating the birds. You give
some speicifc info (Big Ditch, parking lot) but
I am clueless about what it signifies. I would
love to see the area you're talking about, and
don't know if you can help me or if I should
just wander around. Thanks!!
