CITY FOR THE BIRDS

Seattle - who else builds downtown towers
for its falcon nests
monitors every movement
from the first egg laid
to the successful launch
of still maturing eyas.

Seattle - keeping their bird conscious public
aware when even one nestling
falls before it is fully winged
or when its mother dies and is
quite naturally replaced, so

Seattle's swooping falcons, city-bred, can
continue to soar up and down
around the tallest towers of our
City-for-the-birds!
