Eric and I took my mother out to see the BRAMBLING this afternoon. After
about an hour walking the neighborhood, we found the bird in the company of
a flock of AMERICAN ROBINS at 6th and Spokane. This is one block north of
Tacoma. We watched the bird for about 10 minutes before the robins (and,
presumably, the Brambling) flew off to the south. We relocated some of the
robins on 7th about a block south of Tacoma, but did not see the Brambling
again.

Good luck to those of you who will be searching this weekend.
