Don't worry, Kai, Don's the kinda guy that just enjoys belittling and
insulting peolple whom he preceives to know less than he knows, which
includes just about everybody on this and other listserves, even those who
often agree with him on issues under discussion. We can all hope that one
of these days he'll mature enough to be civil with those he apparently
shares some interests with, besides making others feel stupid.
