Thanks to Bob Mauritsen's post, I was able to see the RB Sapsucker, who was
NOT very co-operative while I tried t photogragh him, kept staying in
shadows , little bugger.... Big Blue Heron posed quite nicely on tree
branch hanging over the lake. Lot of tree cutting going on but mainly
cottonwoods etc.
Red-winged blackbirds singing away, couple of chickadees house hunting. I
spent some time carefully looking at the Canada geese, one there has a
REALLY light breast colring, almost white! Two others had the start of a
white neck ring, I never had taken the time to look carefully!
