The U-Village has hired the firm of Cooper Carry to help it plan/study
options for the property's evolution, esp. retail growth, parking and
traffic, enertainment, office hotel and residental uses among other
topics. This exercise is a prelude to the University Village Master Plan
agreed to by the Village and the University Community Urban Center
Association.

Side line, Asia Grill is now closed, and it is my understanding the
Village will not be renewing the lease for Azteca. (Burgermaster is to
close at the end of the year)

Bird notes, there are nesting house sparrows at QFC and in the main court
yard by the play area. The Village did put fencing up over the
garbage/dump to discourage the crow, starling, gulls.
